Hello. My name is Stephen Vilsack. I have worked in the Real Estate industry for the past 23 years. My beginnings started, at a young age, with assisting savvy investor’s in allocating, budgeting, and negotiating the acquisition of residential and commercial real estate. I soon incorporated and built a construction company, where I managed the remodeling, marketing and leasing many of these properties. During this incubation period of my business, I attended college in the evenings, applying learned principles of business management. Persistence and hard work paid off after six years, earning my degree in Business / Management.

After 12 years of running the construction company, I then focused my business on construction design and consultation for the next 5 years. In 2005 to present I have been a licensed Realtor on the Eastern Shore, servicing MD and VA.

I feel as if my experience, dedication to my client’s interests, with the adherence to strict ethical standards, has helped me build a loyal client base. I hope to someday to have the opportunity to work with you in the near future.
